During normal browsing, I do not collect any personally identifiable
information. However there are times when such information is collected. These
are:
1) When you contact me or send me an email.
When you email me or use a contact me form on my site, I will usually ask for
your name and an email address where we can reply to your inquiry. You may
optionally also wish to provide us additional information such as your phone
number, address etc.
2) When you place an order for a banner.
I will ask for your name and email address which I can use to communicate. You
may also provide me optional additional information.
3) Upon making a payment.
My payment processors , Paypal and Google Checkout provide me limited purchaser
information. I do not see any of your financial information such as credit card
or bank account numbers. I will however, usually be given your name, company
name and shipping address if applicable.
4) Upon opting to receive updates from me by email
I will collect your name, email address and keep a history of the emails we
have sent you. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving further
notifications from me in every email I send.
HOW I USE THIS INFORMATION
This information is used strictly to run normal operations of my site and
business. I do not sell this information to any third party.I do not disclose
any of this information to any third party unless as deemed necessary to abide
by the law, to aid in a legal investigation, if ordered by the court or if I
have strong reason to believe it is necessary.
Accept me, No one have access to the physical database where I store this
information. I also use good practice preventative security measures to
safeguard my data.
Non Personally Identifiable Information
(Information which cannot be used to trace or
identify an individual)
I maintain server access logs which can be used to assemble various details of
visitor information such as pages viewed, time of visit and browser resolution.
Like many sites, I use cookies which are small bits of information stored on your
computer directly by I and/or my third party vendor. This aids me in understanding
my visitor behavior and helps me distinguish which areas of my site could use improvement
or changes.
HOW I USE THIS INFORMATION
I use this information to run my site normally as well, very similar to the
identifable information. This information is not sold to anybody. I shall
disclose this information to a third party vendor which may assist me in
interpreting this information deeper. I shall also disclose this information if
required to do so by law, ordered by the court, to aid in legal investigation or
if I have reason to believe it is necessary.
